I enjoyed this story. There's quite a soap opera going on behind closed doors of this small town. I was glad to see there's a second book in the series.
Very impressed with George's first novel. I hope the follow up comes out soon!!!
Mapleton is a well written "good read". The characters are believable and you feel you get to know them. It has all the ingredients love, pain, intrigue, church politics, death....
Mapleton is well written with many intriguing twists and turns. Great hard-to-put down read. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
I enjoyed this book, and I understand there may be another coming. I'm looking forward to it as well.
Just when you think you have figured out the story, it takes a twist/turn that you didn't expect. It's one of those books, you don't want to put down until you finish it.
I know the author, but find that for the first book he is written it was full of entertaining and shocking events. when you first start reading the book you'll never guess what happens toward the end.
